Look for the girl with the broken smile;
ask her if she wants to stay a while
And she will be loved.

Shreveport - woods

Julie strode contently through the dark woods. The warmth of the air brought a low and thin mist acrossed the thick foliage that covered the forest floor. Her thick, cascading platinum blond curls fell upon her half way down her back. She brushed away a strayed strand from her almond shaped sweet blue eyes. She looked up at the full moon that glowed so brightly and wonderfully. The moons beams gently kissed the mist at her feet and reflected off the dew that laid upon the wildflowers like fine diamonds upon mother nature's gifts of the earth. She hummed softly as she strode enjoying the wonderous suroundings as she moved towards an open clearning in the distance of the forest with a small stream flowing through its, sparkling as the moon reflected it. She took off her converse, and strode through the shallow glistening creek feeling the slow movement of the current and the smooth rocks and pebbles smooshing into the mud benieth her. She was wearing a light blue plaid shirt with short, cut off dark jean shorts. She tended to make her way out into the outdoors at night, often out swimming naked of running in one of her many animal forms. She rushed through the waters, splashing as she ran through the shallow creek that gradually began to get deeper and deeper the farther she ran. She ran a good ten minutes before it was deep enough that she would've had to swim. She walked out from the edge over to a small old wooden dock that went out into the small pond where the creek emptied. She stripped down before she jumped in and swam out into the middle of the open pond. She felt to cold rush as she swam, enjoying the sensation in the warm summer night's air.
It had been some time since she'd just went for a swim, and it was certainly needed after the stresses she had endured and overcame.
She had moved back to Bon Temps after doing work for a Demon named Aurora Bedeau and at this point was just enjoying life. She quit at Fangtasia and now was working off and on. However, for the time being wasn't hurting too much for money once Aurore paid her off for all the intel she had given her. It had been a few years since she had arrived so it was still at times hard to come about thinking about the past she had here. So much of her life had been a roller coaster ride here in Bon Temps, but even she didn't want to run away from it all. Their were still many ghost in her past that had kept her lingering their whether she realized it or not. The town had become a part of who she was and who she wanted to be.. Even she wondered.. How was she to move on when she lingered in such a place as this? She didn't know, but she knew one thing.. It was where she was meant to call home whether or not it always felt that way. This was her heart.
