Miso is usually a withdrawn and soft spoken girl, she doesn't have very many friends because she can seem unapproachable. She doesn't put herself out there and much prefers to be in the background. She is also part fae, meaning she is a telepath and does have the same ability that Sookie has - the ability to shoot light from her fingertips when her life is in danger. She has never been to the fae world, nor has she met any fairy guardians, she tries not to get herself involved with vampires as much as possible. "Try" being the operative word.

For those that actually take the time to push past her "shell" they will find a trustworthy friend in Miso. She is non-judgmental and understanding, and she will take any secrets to her grave. She does give good advice but she also doesn't hold grudges if her advice isn't followed, however her advice is usually best followed anyway. She also is a natural at making sushi, and if you don't like sushi it is still fun to watch her skillfully make sushi rolls by the dozen.

When it comes to lovers, as to which Miso has only had one, she tries to shut off her 'gift' as much as possible. She wants a lover she can trust, and believes that it also means her lover should be able to trust her - she believes that her lover shouldn't have to worry about her reading his mind. She is incredibly loyal and cares a lot about who she is with, however given who she is, or rather what she is, she is probably better off with a man who can protect her.

Miso attracts a different kind of enemy, usually because she is so quiet and withdrawn many people don't even bother with her. Her natural enemies are vampires, because she is part fae and her blood is intoxicating to them. It could be potentially easy for Miso to attract other enemies simply because of her gift of telepathy - which is a big reason she tires to stay in the background as much as possible.
