The Killer || Gabe can be a ruthless killer. When he is going in for the kill there are very few things that will deter him for going through with the act. He can be cold and calculative to a point at where someone would not even know the person in front of them. This side of him is shown only to those who have brought about his wrath. He doesn’t take kindly to disrespect and threats. And he’d e the first hold his ground on taking on those who do so to him. Though because of his reputation in the Vampire Community, there aren’t many who are willing to tempt this side of him.
The Father Figure || Gabe is also a father. It’s something he’s had to develop over time in maintaining a great deal of his humanity. The love he held for his son kept him from completely falling into the animalistic nature of a vampire. As such he is very good with children. And he is very protective over his son. Never had he thought of being a father. But now that he is, he wouldn’t have chosen the other path. And that has made him a very loving individual. It’s a side of him that was almost lost throughout the ages.
True Vampire || He completely disagrees with the majority of human views of the vampire. But he understands that not all human have the right image of his species. And is somewhat ashamed that his kind have given in to the image that ‘modern’ society has cast upon his kind. Nor does he agree with the actions of the fangbangers. To him a fangbanger and a human who supports vampires are two very different things. One doesn’t have to compromise they’re honor and dignity in support of they’re cause. He feels that the ‘modern’ vampire has lost sight of what it is to be a true vampire.

Overall History[/color]: Born in 1117, in Greece. For most of his human life he lived on his family farm. He was born into a small farming family who were in service to they’re local Greek Lord. And beginning from the time he was 12 he would travel with his father to the noble’s home with a share of they’re harvest to pay as tribute. He never saw the reasoning behind why they, whom had worked hard all growing season, had to give part of they’re harvest to the nobles that did nothing. When he was 14 a storm came through the area in which he lived. And they were trapped in the home of the noble, who in turn invited them to stay in his home for the night till the storm passed. That night he was bedded by the Greek Nobleman. This man, this vampire, had caught sight of Gabriel the year before, and wanted the boy for himself. Over the course of 2 years while he was at his home the vampire would visit frequently in the night to be with him, and Gabriel came to love him more than anything. And around his 16th birthday, when his younger brother turned 14 and began to help his father in the fields, he agreed to take a place as personal servant to the very powerful Greek noble. His days were spent guarding over the sleep chamber of his lover and his nights were spent with him in bliss.
He was turned shortly after his 30th birthday; on the night of they’re first time together all those years ago. The vampire, Adrian didn’t want to lose Gabe to the ravages of time. He wanted to keep him for eternity. A Gabriel was more than willing to choose to be a vampire. His life for the next 30 years was lived quite comfortably, though he spent most of the time learning to be and control what he had now become. And slowly he was able to master feeding without killing. Though he still has some issues with it during his early years as a vampire. But not all was meant to stay blissfully happy for him. His maker, Adrian, was away in Rome meeting with other vampires and he was betrayed by them and was bound in silver and turned over to the Romans. Gabe felt the need of his maker and lover, so he made his way to Rome. But he arrived only in time to watch his lover being burn alive by the Roman Guard. That night he slew every Roman solider on his way out of the city. His bloodlust was a fury never known by the humans till now. But the Roman Government blamed the death on a failed barbarian invasion.
Afterwards Gabe was out on his own, alone and heartbroken. He spent the years learning of a skill he never knew he had, killing. He found he had such ability for assassinations. And he made his living out of it. Meanwhile he spent the rest of his time expanding what he knew. He went from country to country, learning all they had to offer and teach, both from humans and vampires. He lived in the most advanced cities and cultures of the times. All the while he tried staying one step ahead of the humans and they’re wars. Eventually he came across the vampire Halima Tariq. She was Vampire Queen of Egypt, and she allowed him to stay in her home for many years. She saw that he had no guidance and no true knowledge of what it was to be a vampire. And she taught him to be more than just a killer. And she helped him rediscover much of the man he’d almost forgotten he was. She taught him to continue to embrace the human side of what he was. And that though he was no longer human, they’re kind still held an obligation to preserve they’re race.
During the time of the first colonies he came across the Atlantic with a small group of vampires who wanted to escape the ravages of the vampire royals. And it was in the states he remained while it grew into a powerful nation. And though he hated that it fell into the system of they’re European brethren, he felt that the kings and queens here were more tolerable. And he soon found himself back in the line of assassination work. But in 1991 he got more than he bargained for. He got himself invited into the home of a couple and slew the 2 humans who simply knew too much about they’re world. And after they’re deaths, his attention was brought upstairs by the sound of a crying infant, barely 6 months old. Gabe had never come across this kind of problem, and he wasn’t about to kill a infant child. So he took the child with him. He had intended to drop him off for someone to adopt, but when the time came, he couldn’t. He grown attached to the little on. And named him Ian Argyros. It took a bit of glamouring to get it all down legally, but no one would ever suspect. His son grew up to become an artist and with full knowledge of the supernatural world. He’d been around vampires, weres, witches, and shifters throughout his entire life. Gabe had told him the truth of his adoption from the beginning, and his son did not judge him for it. Gabe had raised him like his own, and Ian didn’t don’t the love his father had for him. Soon after his son left for Art School in Florida, under the protection of its new Queen, Halima Tariq, the strange events in Bon Temps, Louisiana brought him there.
