When she is alone she spends her time just thinking about random things and her past, she tries to keep being alone with her thoughts at a minimum because her own thoughts can scare her at times.
On the surface, Nyx seems fun and carefree, but deep down she is dark and depressing. She covers her depression with bright colors and telling jokes but there are times that she just can't hide any longer. When Nyx gets depressed she rarely talks to anyone and stays in the shadows, but usually she's the life of any party. She loves to be the center of all the attention.

After the death of her mother was confirmed by the news her father started drinking heavily and became abusive.
When she was a kid she had the perfect, happy family. She found out that she was a shifter at the age of 14. Her mom told her that both her and her father were shifters too.
