Your eyes open, something has awoken you from a dead sleep. Rising, you gaze out of the window, watching the city lights dancing in the darkness, Something beckons.
You wander the streets in the dead of night, a dangerous time. Still, though, something beckons you to roam the darkness though you fear it. A turn into a dark alley way brings a seductive voice to your ears.
Midnight greetings, wanderer. It is dangerous for you to be out here so late, so alone.
Your skin crawls but you turn to gaze up at a tall, shadow hidden figure who seems to tower over you. A pale hand reaches out from the shadows, beckoning you closer.
You smell so sweet, innocent one.
In a sudden rush, the shadowed figure is before you and darkness surrounds you as your consciousness falls away. Time later, your eyes flutter open. It is still dark but you can see as if it is morning. Inhaling, you smell strange scents, hear many strange, rhythmical beating sounds.
Your nightlife will never be the same again, Vampire.
Welcome to the city of dark elegance, of strangely perfect humans with almost everything.
Welcome, to Cado Lamia, the city of vampires.
For centuries, two vampire clans have ruled this city, the dark, elegant and mysterious Extraho clan and the lovely, hip and perfect Blue Moon clan. Each rules their own section of the city, none of the humans any wiser, each surviving just fine.
But suddenly, strange things have been happening. Humans have been slaughtered in the darkness of night, plucked from the night, their bodies left to rot in alley ways and sewage tunnels. Rouge vampires have entered the orderly city of Cado Lamia and its up to the original inhabitants to defend their homes, prey, and future from these outsiders.
What side will you be on? Will you be a wise, quiet Extraho or a loud, spunky Blue Moon? Will you be an original, one born here, or will you be an outsider, a drifter? Only you can tell in the mysterious city of
Cado Lamia.
Even though, my children, we do not fear death of age or common ailments, we must still fear death at the hands of our own kind and the stakes of the fear filled humans we feed on. Take caution, my dear ones, we are not as immortal as we wish. Take heed my words and tread cautiously in our dark nights.
Many say we vampires have nothing to fear. They lie, my children.
We must fear ourselves or die at our own hands.[/blockquote]
