Alyssa has recently returned to her hometown of Shreveport, Louisiana after having spent four years in college at UCLA. This is the first time she's been back since the vampires announced their existence and has, therefore, never seen Fangtasia. She is rediscovering her home that is now overrun with supernaturals.

On the surface, Alyssa is a good little girl who presents a neutral front to the whole vampire thing. On the inside, however, she's quite fascinated by them and has fangbanger tendencies.

Plot Idea: Basically Alyssa has known Dorian for a few months and helps watch over him. They're protective of each other and love having fun.
